UTRS CEE to Present at 2026 Poconos Large Scale Communities Forum

Wayne Gross, Environmental Section Manager with UTRS Civil and Environmental Engineering (UTRS CEE), will serve as the closing presenter at the 2026 Poconos Large Scale Communities Forum on August 26, 2026. His session will discuss the requirements that communities face when owning and maintaining a dam. Gross brings several decades of civil and environmental engineering expertise, including extensive work on dams, water and wastewater infrastructure, stormwater management, permitting, municipal engineering, and community utility systems.

Hosted by the Keystone Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), the forum brings together community association leaders, managers, board members, and industry professionals to discuss issues facing large-scale residential communities throughout the Pocono region.
