UTRS has a long history of charitable donations and support of organizations that align with our mission and values. Our charitable efforts date back several decades and include support of military and veteran causes, local community support, worldwide disaster relief and aid, underserved populations, STEM efforts, educational and workforce development, and more.
To formalize our commitment to charitable giving and fully embed this into our operating philosophy, in 2024 we established the UTRS Charitable Fund, an IRS-governed Donor Advised Fund in partnership with the Community Foundation of South Jersey.
Through this fund, we will look to increase awareness, contributions, and support of the charitable organizations we partner with to help them provide a greater positive impact.

Recent Giving Campaign
This year on Social Media Giving Day, we ran a campaign over social that encouraged others to leverage social media to make a positive impact on the world by promoting charitable giving. This year we proudly supported Engineers Without Borders, an organization that partners with communities around the world to meet basic human needs – building footbridges to expand access to opportunity, installing solar panels to bring reliable energy, and helping provide clean water solutions that allow communities to thrive.
