Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) has been awarded an $82 million task order contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide Advanced Prototyping, Testing, and Diagnostics Support Research and Development Services. The task order contract has a 12-month base period as well as four 12-month option periods.

With this award, UTRS and its team will support the Energetics and Warheads Directorate (EWD) of the Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC) at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey as well as other DEVCOM AC sub-agencies, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Research & Engineering).
