We provide risk management support, including how risk is managed, assigning a risk officer, maintaining documentation, ensuring open communication channels, and preparing mitigation plans such as avoidance, reduction, sharing, and retention plans
We promote and maintain brand consistency across all media platforms and ensure we develop metrics to measure and analyze the successes of our strategy
UTRS provides configuration management (CM) support for our customers, establishing and maintaining the integrity of work products using configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits
We develop program initiatives and task priorities, develop project plans, provide status reports and activity tracking, and monitor project spending and identify cost improvement opportunities
We provide program oversight to review, analyze, and provide comments and assessments on projects and task implementation
