This annual event has grown from recognizing a handful of manufacturers to becoming the state’s premier celebration of manufacturing achievement. It brings together approximately 1,000 industry leaders, policymakers, and manufacturing professionals annually as they participate in panels, exhibits, and celebrations of NJ’s manufacturing excellence. The Manufacturing Day Awards program has been running for several years, with the event consistently growing in scope and prestige.

The NJMEP evaluation process considers multiple factors including innovation, operational excellence, workforce development, community impact, and overall business performance. Finalists in this category represent companies that have shown significant impact within their market segments and demonstrate sustainable growth practices.
