Founded in 1985, UTRS, a small disadvantaged business, offers a wide range of leading-edge scientific, engineering, management, and computer science services to the U.S. government and to private industry worldwide in a variety of areas, including research and development, systems engineering and integration, technical documentation, software engineering and network support, reliability and maintainability, system safety, configuration management, quality assurance, information systems/information technology, integrated logistics, training, in-service engineering, program management, administrative support, and public affairs and marketing communications.

UTRS is a technically diverse organization with a client base that includes federal, state, and municipal governments, as well as commercial activities. Our clients include the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC).

Supporting these efforts is an outstanding professional staff of more than 80 professionals, including systems and design engineers, computer scientists, computer programmers, aviation safety analysts, flight operations specialists, program and project management professionals, training specialists, logisticians, environmental scientists, corrosion control experts, materials scientists, marketing and communications specialists, web designers, and administrators. These highly skilled, experienced, and motivated personnel are the key to our success.

UTRS has helped government and industry meet the challenges of modern business effectively and efficiently for over 21 years. We are based in Cherry Hill, N.J., with satellite offices in Lakehurst, N.J.; Dover, N.J.; Butte, Mont.; and Budapest, Hungary. UTRS is classified by the Small Business Administration as a small disadvantaged business and is a graduate of its 8a program. Our Cherry Hill headquarters facility was granted a Top Secret security clearance on March 29, 1995; the clearance was renewed July 22, 2004.
