UTRS Communications Team Wins Three Hermes Creative Awards

The communications team at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) in Cherry Hill, NJ is taking home three of the highest honors from the international Hermes Creative Awards.

The UTRS team, which is made up of seasoned design and communications experts, won a platinum award and two gold awards for its work for the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC). UTRS provides communications and marketing support in print and web the FLC, creating high visibility publications such as the FLC's Annual Report to Congress and an annual calendar of federal laboratory technology.

"We know that our Communications Team is second to none and produces some of the most creative and highest quality products and services around, but to have their own industry peers recognize their talent really validates our team’s efforts. We are exceptionally proud of them," said Marc Snyderman, Chief Operating Officer.

Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. Senior-level marketing professionals judge thousands of entries annually.

UTRS took the Platinum award in the Overall Publications Category and Gold in the Annual Report category for the 2013 FLC Annual Report to Congress, and Gold in the Calendars category for the 2015 FLC Annual Planner. In addition, UTRS received an honorable mention in the T-Shirt category for its in-house design of the Team UTRS Blue Cross Broad Street Run t-shirt, designed to support The Mission Continues, a military veterans organization.
